Privacy policy
How InsightEasy collects, hosts and handles personal and organisational information.
Information collected from prospects
When you use the contact form we collect name, work email, company, phone, approximate employee count, systems used, preferred contact method, message content, enquiry intent and technical metadata such as IP address.
Information processed for clients
For contracted clients we may process operational data from connected systems, organisational documents, embeddings, generated reports, conversation history, audit logs, usage analytics and account administration data as required to provide the service.
Hosting and international processing
Application and primary data stores are hosted in Australia. Language-model providers and other subprocessors may process limited request data outside Australia depending on configuration. See the Security page.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies required for authentication and security where you sign in. Additional analytics cookies, if introduced, will be disclosed here before activation.
Retention
Prospect enquiries are retained as needed to respond and for legitimate business records. Client retention is set in the client agreement and platform configuration. Specific periods are confirmed with the owner before publication as fixed policy.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@insighteasy.com.au. We will respond in accordance with applicable Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
